HULKMAN products are designed for every customer to use easily and safely. The Alpha products are the most advanced products in the market, designed with multiple built-in protections and a 3.3-inch Smart Screen for an ease of use.
If you don't see 'READY' icon on the screen, and the Battery Level icon is flashing, then your battery level is too low to start a car:
Power up the jump starter to at least 25%. However, we recommend you recharge the jump starter to above 80% for the best performance. When starting a completely dead battery, the car engine requires more power.
If you see 'Error Code' on the screen, please check the below link:
If you see nothing on the screen (neither the 'READY' icon or the 'Error Code' icon), you might need the Force Start function.
If the voltage of your vehicle battery is extremely low, then the jump starter can't recognize it as a vehicle battery. Please try to use the Force Start function.
Preparation: check your battery level
Make sure that the jump starter battery level is at least 20%
But we recommend you to charge to 80% or fully charged.
Note: Even though our product can start dead battery vehicles when the battery level of the jump starter is 20%, we still suggest you recharge the jump starter to above 80% for the best performance. When starting a completely dead battery, the car engine requires more power.
4 Steps to use the Force Start Function
Step 1: Insert the battery clamps into the jump starter and attach the clamps to the car battery.(The screen may display 'Error Code 2' or won't display any instructions.)
Step 2: Press Power Button and Flashlight Button simultaneously for 2-3 seconds to start the force output.
Step 3: Start the car engine.
