We have launched 3 different jump starters, the Alpha 85, Alpha 85S, and Alpha 100 to meet the needs of every customer.
Comparing these 4 major differences, you can quickly find what you need:
1) Battery Capacity & Peak Current
The Alpha 85 and Alpha 85S come with the same Battery Capacity of 74Wh/20,000mAh at 3.7V as well as the same Peak Current of 2,000 Amps.
The Alpha 100 has a Battery Capacity of 118Wh/32,000mAh at 3.7V and a Peak Current of 4,000 Amps.
2) USB Output Port
|Type-C output port||USB-A output port||12V DC output port||PD65W output|
3) The Pre-Heat Function
One of the biggest differences between the Alpha 85S/100 and Alpha 85 comes down to the Pre-Heat Technology.
Pre-Heat Technology dramatically beefs up the battery's performance in freezing weather, enabling it to operate at -40℉. Thus, you can feel free to hit the road in the winter.
They support different operating temperature ranges: The Alpha 85S/100 operates from -40℉ to -113 ℉, while the Alpha 85 operates from -5℉ to -113℉.
Note: The "Pre-Heat" icon will automatically appear on the screen; all you have to do is wait for the product to warm up and reach an ideal operating temperature.
4) LED Lumens
There is a slight difference between the products in terms of LED Lumens, but all of them are capable of meeting your basic needs.
They all have the same 5 LED Light modes:→50% Luminosity→100% Luminosity→White Strobe Light→White SOS Light→Red Strobe Light.
But they have different Lumens: Alpha 100 goes for more Lumens, 600 Lumens, than the Alpha 85/85S, both of which have 400 Lumens.
