HULKMAN Sigma battery chargers are designed for 6V/12V Lead-acid & 12V lithium batteries, including AGM (Absorption Glass Mat), Lithium, Wet (Flooded), Gel, MF (Maintenance-Free), EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery) and Calcium batteries. These batteries are generally used in motorcycles, cars, SUVs, trucks, ATVs, PWCs and boats.
We have launched 3 different battery chargers, Sigma 1, Sigma 5, and Sigma 10 to meet the needs of every customer.
Comparing these 5 major differences, you can quickly find what you need:
1) Battery Capacity
Sigma 1 is designed for charging batteries between 4Ah to 32Ah.
Sigma 5 is designed for charging 12V batteries between 15Ah to 120Ah and charging 6V batteries between 6Ah to 50Ah.
Sigma 10 is suitable for charging batteries between 20Ah-240Ah.
2) Charging Modes
Sigma 1 and Sigma 5 feature 7 charging modes: 12V, 12V AGM, 12V LITHIUM, 6V, 6V AGM, 12V Repair and 12V Loading (Force mode).
Sigma 10 features 8 charging modes: 12V, 12V AGM, 12V LITHIUM, 6V, 6V AGM, 12V Repair, 12V Loading (Force mode) and 12V Supply.
Conclusion: Sigma 10 features an additional 12V Supply mode compared to Sigma 1 and Sigma 5, so it can power 12V DC devices.
3) Ingress Protection
Sigma 1 features an IP60 protection function. Sigma 5/ 10 features an IP67 protection function.
IP Ratings Explained:
IP60: Protected from total dust ingress. Not protected from liquids.
IP67: Protected from total dust ingress. Protected from immersion between 15 centimetres and 1 metre in depth.
4) Output Current
Sigma 1 comes with the output current of 6/12VDC, 1A.
Sigma 5 comes with the output current of 12VDC 5A; 6VDC, 1.8A.
Sigma 10 comes with the output current of 100-240VAC, 50-60Hz, 170W.
