1) Typically, a modern lithium battery’s lifespan is 2~3 years, which is about 300 – 500 fully charge cycles as rated by manufacturers.
2) This doesn't mean that your jump starter will die or won't work after 2~3 years. It means that after 300 to 500 full charge cycles, the actual battery capacity of the jump starter may drop by 20%, and the starting performance(Peak Current and Cranking Current) will decrease like 20%.

3 Tips for maximizing the lifespan of a jump starter
Keep the battery level above 80%
Avoid extreme ambient temperatures.
Despite your device has a wider storage & operating temperature range than most other jump starters, at extreme temperatures, however, your device has a efficiency reduction, which may contribute to an overall degradation.
Avoid keeping it plugged into the wall outlet
Our product has a over-charging protection, it's fine to keep the jump starter plugged into the wall outlet and always keep it charged, but we don't recommend you to do that if you want to get a higher battery lifespan because this will keep the battery at charging cycles.
