Yes, you can use the Force Start Function to start your car when your car battery is completely dead. We are committed to maximizing your driving convenience and here to support your needs.

How to use the Force Start Function:

1) Before you start, check your battery level

Make sure that the jump starter battery level is at least 20%.

We recommend that you could charge it to 80% or to the maximum level.

Note: Even though our product can start dead battery vehicles when the battery level of the jump starter is 20%, we still suggest that you recharge the jump starter to above 80% to ensure the best performance. When starting a completely dead battery, the car engine requires more power.

2) 4 steps of the Force Start Function

Step 1: Insert the battery clamps into the jump starter and attach the clamps to the car battery (The screen may display the message “Error code 2” or won't display any instructions).

Step 2: Press the Power Button and Flashlight Button simultaneously for 2–3 seconds to start the force output.

Step 3: Start the car engine.

Step 4: Remove the clamps from the car battery.

Warning: Please be cautious when using the Force Start Function as the auto-detection and safety features will be disabled. Ensure that you have a proper connection.
