Does the jump starter come charged when arrived?

Answer:

YES. It will be delivered partially charged. However, we highly recommend you fully charge your device before the first use.

Note: The jump starter requires at least 20% battery power to start your car.

Even though our product can start dead battery vehicles when the battery level of the jump starter is 20%, we still recommend that you recharge the jump starter to above 80% for the best performance. When starting a completely dead battery, the car engine requires more cranking power.
