1) All quality-related defects of your HULKMAN products purchased from HULKMAN’s authorized distributors and retailers, such as Amazon, Walmart, Kickstarter, and Indiegogo, are covered by the 24-month warranty starting from the date you receive the product.
The warranty is restricted to the country of purchase, meaning that you can only claim the warranty in the country where you purchase the product. Please feel free to contact us directly, via service@hulkman.com, whenever you find any defects in our products.

Guarantee conditions:
- The warranty covers product quality problems that occur under normal use.
- It does not cover damaged products caused by operational use.
- It does not cover products that have been dismantled by the user.
- It does not cover products with torn labels.
Shipping costs must be covered by buyers in the following situations:
- Returning products for any reasons other than a proven defect
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
- Buyer’s accidental returns
- Returning personal items
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items with expired warranty periods
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through third parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
- Purchases from illegitimate resource
