How to claim a warranty?

There are two channels through which you can claim a warranty:

1) Contact the email at service@hulkman.com to claim a warranty.

2) Call our customer service number: 1-(877) 892-9703 M-F 9am–5pm EST with a description of the issue for troubleshooting or warranty assistance.

 

Please have the following information ready when contacting support:

1) Proof of purchase (Order number or receipt)

2) Your contact information, including your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number

3) The serial number of the product, which is at the back of the black box

4) Include a detailed description of the issues you are experiencing. Any photos and videos you can provide are great for helping us solve the problem. Please include these in the email.

 

NOTE: Please DO NOT send your product back before contacting support, or you will risk having your product returned and delay the warranty process.
